Originally started as an interactive TV agency they are moving to become completely full service. They are not interested in talent from any certain discipline and certainly don’t prescribe to the ATL snobbery that exists in the industry – it’s more about you and your ideas/creativity. You would be working into the Creative Director directly and have a real hand in making the business grow and developing client relationships yourself.
They would see you become deputy CD’s within the year if all went well!
