My client is a progressive London-based corporate and brand communications agency (featured in &lsquoBritain&rsquos Top Employers 2007&rsquo), and is currently looking for an experienced project manager to deliver web and print projects, develop long term client relationships, and be part of an industrious, very sociable team, based in stunning offices.
Managing the project team for your assigned projects (creative, content, IA and technical resources), briefing in and managing scope and delivery requirements, liaison with the client and delivery partners
Creating estimates, project plans and work schedules to ensure the timely implementation of project deliverables on a day to day and longer term basis
Determining critical paths and ways to shorten them to fit with project timeframes
Identifying potential risks and problem areas of projects in a timely fashion, resolving them effectively and with the minimum of impact to the project and business
Identifying add-on work opportunities
Identifying and managing production partners e.g. copywriters, printers.
6-8 years managing web projects in a creative/new media agency environment for blue-chip clients
Strong project management experience especially with regards to multi-party, large-scale task coordination. International coordination experience a bonus
Working knowledge of print production techniques and print supplier management
Project experience of HTML, ASP, .NET, XML, content management systems, design technologies and print
Demonstrable experience in understanding client requirements and developing long term relationships with them
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, plus Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
