The ideal Creative will come form a digital agency background, but will also have strong experience in more conventional graphic design principles- You will need evidence in your portfolio of successful concepts that have turned into award-winning ad campaigns, and will also be able to demonstrate a passion for Art and Design aesthetic in general.
