You must have proven Direct Marketing production experience, and able to offer consultancy advice to the account managers and creatives on what can be achieved with each different budget and then following that process to print. It is also essential that you are well organised, can establish relationships with suppliers, have an outstanding eye for detail and be able to juggle a number of projects at any one time.
A background from an advertising/ design agency, or print management company would be an advantage.
