We are currently looking for a highly organised office manager to support 40 staff in a design agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress with office/studio management.
Based both on Reception and in the Studio along with the creative designers, Duties will include:
General Office Management
Office Fixtures, facilities
Liaising with HR and IT to set up new starters desks etc
Health and safety / fire regulations
Management of receptionist – appraisals / delegating work
New Business pitch support
Overseeing the Reception / front of house budgets and petty cash
Negotiating with suppliers – stationary orders / stock
Recruitment of Receptionists
Events organising ( client and internal company team-building / Xmas parties)
Overseeing the booking system for meeting rooms
Additional Ad hoc PA support in absence of PA to MD (travel / diary management)
Skills required:
Computer literate
Office packages
Good spelling / written graham
Knowledge of in-design, Photoshop, and illustrator is a bonus.
You must be:
Highly organised
Able to multi - task and prioritise
Personable Good management skills
