Experience of working in similar environment preferred – This role is fun as well as challenging! This role involves: carrying out duties such as calendar management, Tracking holiday/sickness/absence with the creative department, up-dating creative workload document, keeping and distributing file copies of all work presented and produced and facilities, interior design & fit out co-ordination as well as events and meeting & greeting clients. Proven willingness to become involved in the commercial/financial aspects of the work and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, word and excel are a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with the disparate personalities encountered within an agency. This person will be easy to work with, lots of calmness, tact and good motivational skills. Outstanding admin / typing and organisational skills along with obsessive attention to detail, a tough but fair negotiator and able to think coolly in stressful situations are all required.
