The Junior Designer will be required to work on extremely conceptual and ideas driven projects from day one, the Junior Designer, will be comfortable airing their ideas, and demonstrating their ideas in a team environment. On a day to day basis the Junior Designer will be working on web projects, packaging, brochures, posters, advertising, flyers, window graphics etc... The Junior Designer will be comfortable working as the sole designer within a small marketing team.
The Junior designer should ideally have a small number of years experience gained ideally in house at a health and beauty brand. The Junior Designer ideally should also have a great understanding of Adobe creative suite, Dreamweaver and Flash.
