This award winning integrated brand communications and Advertising Agency agency with offices in 10 International locations across three continents is looking for a dedicated and assertive HR assistant with at least some previous HR experience with a strong slant on recruitment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be assisting her on all levels of Human Resources and talent management to achieve strategic planning for the company moving forward. Responsibilities will include To manage recruitment and selection process including being first point of contact for recruitment agencies on all vacancies, ensuring vacancies are kept up to date on the company website, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback and relaying this to candidates/agencies. You will also be writing job descriptions with support of Line Managers.
You will also be heavily involved with payroll functions for the company as well as implementation of HR procedures and managing the benefits and other personnel issues. You need to have exceptional communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines is important – as is flexibility to work in a fluid and expanding company. Send your CV asap!
