The successful candidate will be responsible for HR support and across the 100 staff strong agency
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervision of the HR database
- Compiling and reporting year end workforce data and responding to adhoc requests
- Recruitment across the firm
- Training and development
- Benefits admin
- Contributing to the planning and development of group wide HR practices
- Lead and implement specified projects as appropriate
You must have good knowledge of up to date HR principles and practices and have the ability to apply this knowledge.
Essential qualities:
- Generalist HR advisor experience
- Ability to demonstrate a corporate perspectice, including an awearness of financial and business issues in HR services delivery and other HR initiatives.
- Ability to work interactively and co-operatively with other team members in meeting team goals
- Experience of planning and implementing projects of various complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to balance conflicting
