Top award-winning digital design and advertising agency requires a HR advisor with solid generalist HR experience and might be part CIPD qualified. The successful candidate will be responsible for HR support in all areas. You will be supporting and reporting directly into the HR Manager, assisting her with all projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supervision of the HR database
- Compiling and reporting year end workforce data and responding to adhoc requests
- Contributing to the planning and development strategy
- Managing recruitment and retention of staff
- Training and development
- Benefits admin
You must have good knowledge of up to date HR principles and practices and have the ability to apply this knowledge.
Essential qualities:
- Previous Generalist HR advisor experience
- Ability to work interactively and co-operatively with others in a fluid and creative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to be confidential and discreet
