As Head of Interactive, you will be responsible for the strategy, directing and growth of the digital offerings and build the profile and reputation in this area. A substantial part of the role is business development, leading and winning pitches and client management.
You will be responsible for all the members in the interactive team, mentoring, appraising and developing staff and ensuring the work is of the highest standard. As a senior member of staff you will be actively involved in company strategy meetings, improve performance and achieving KPIs and contribute to the company culture.
You will have solid understanding of corporate communications and branding and are highly knowledgeable when it comes to digital services. You will be an experienced people manager, commercially aware and passionate about delivering high quality work.
