Reporting directly into the Directors, you must have proven experience of Employment Law as well as a heavy accent on Recruitment and Retention. The role is busy and varied, and you will be dealing with all aspects of Personnel and HR, benefits admin and payroll. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role – as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload as well as being able to practise discretion in a highly confidential environment. You will also be contributing to the mentoring and delegation of workflow to the HR Administrator. Part or full CIPD qualification required.
