They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join them in their airy and open plan designed offices, where people are passionate about their work, and friendly and sociable!
Reporting directly into the HR Manager, (and making up part of an HR team of 3,) you must have proven experience of working within a generalist role (preferably in a creative environment / digital / media co ) with a strong accent on Recruitment!
The role is busy and varied, and you will be dealing with all aspects of HR, benefits admin and training and development. Recruitment and retention is a big thing, so you will have sole responsibility for negotiating with agencies, briefing line managers regarding CVs and feedback, and setting up and actually holding interviews across the co.
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role &ndash as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload as well as being able to practise discretion in a highly confidential environment. There is scope for career development. Part CIPD qualification required!
