An agency background with a strong character, experience of man management techniques, and an understanding of bellow the line advertising and knowledge of multi-page work would be an advantage. Responsibilities will include managing a team of Artworkers, Liaising with Account Managers, dealing with the any overflow from the studio and must be accustom to working in a fast passed environment.
