The successful candidate will be passionate about producing the very best possible creative work. Their love of great ideas will be matched only by their commitment to writing copy that's damn close to perfect and then honing it until it is.
They will understand that producing the best creative work means understanding and answering what the client really needs. They will therefore be able to think strategically - and to analyse, dismantle and reconstruct a creative brief.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating effective and responsive direct marketing campaigns - including within the charity sector. However, genuine creative talent combined with passion and ambition are more important than years under the belt.
