Proven experience of Object Oriented Programming techniques. A thorough knowledge of the latest ActionScript techniques and design patterns (Actionscript 2 and Actionscript 3) Experience with open source technologies such as Eclipse would be highly advantageous.
A good appreciation of usability and interaction design along with a passion for related technologies such as Flex and AIR would make you the perfect candidate.
