You&rsquoll need at least 4 years of commercial flash development experience (Flash 8/9) for blue chip clients.
Proven experience of Object Oriented Programming techniques. A thorough knowledge of the latest ActionScript techniques and design patterns (Actionscript 2 and Actionscript 3)
Experience with open source technologies such as Eclipse
and a good appreciation of usability and interaction design.
Passion for related technologies &ndash Flex, AIR, ETC
