This top design and advertising agency are centrally based in impressive offices in London but have various studios and client side operations throughout London and the Home Counties. They are seen as being the major player in their market place and have built up an impressive array of direct clients and creative partnerships.
For this role, the Account Director will be working for the Agency at the client offices in Milton Keynes responsible for the both the day to day running of the account as well the strategic development. The role is a very hands-on, client facing position, with overall responsibility for the running of the studio as well as complete responsibility for the direction of the account.
The Account Director must have extensive advertising / design experience ideally gained in an established and well respected agency, with demonstrable skills of client retention and proven ability of growing existing business. A key part of this role is team management and as such the ideal candidate must have had exposure to leading different teams of people and understanding ways to motivate and develop team members.
